2. Find the product(s) you are most interested in. You can use the filters at the top (color, heel, pattern, size, toe type) to refine your search. With a single click you can enter in the product page with all the details of the selected item, availability and price.
3. Select your size, add to shopping cart and proceed with the purchase.
4. To complete your order you can register or carry out the transaction as a guest.
5. Enter your details and the address where you want the package delivered.
6. Select a payment method.
7. Confirm your order.
8. You will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation.

PAYMENTS
You can pay for your orders by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners) and Shopify Payments.
If you would like to receive an invoice, you can contact us by sending an e-mail to customer.care@ballerette.com within the calendar month in which you place your order.
Paying by credit card is even safer on ballerette.com thanks to Shopify Payments. In partnership with Shopify Payments, we can guarantee the safe handling of your credit card information by not entering into possession of any sensitive information, such as your complete card number or security code. In addition, you can register your credit card details so that you do not have to enter them with every order.
No, you cannot order by phone, but by sending us an e-mail we will be happy to help you complete your order.
Yes, just send us the link of the model you are interested in, specifying the size. After checking availability, we will send you the coordinates to make the transfer.
We do not accept cash on delivery.
If the payment of the order is not successful, it could have been due to a connection problem during the transaction, or to a problem with the remaining credit or maximum spending of the card. In this case, please try again to place your order and contact us if you have any further problems.
If your order is "pending", just send us an e-mail to unlock it. Then you can re-enter your account to re-open the shopping cart and proceed to finalize the payment.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
All orders are shipped by FedEx and USPS.
Generally, up to 5 working days from the time your order is processed, unless the courier is late.
If you have received only some of the products in your order, it may mean that they arrive from two different warehouses and travel in separate packages.
EXCHANGES
To exchange your item, please visit our dedicated returns portal by clicking here and select the 'Shop Later' option. Once we receive your return and verify it’s in perfect condition, we will issue you a gift card for the full purchase amount plus an additional gift amount! No shipping or handling fees will be charged, and you can use this total credit to purchase your new pair on our site.
Yes, it is possible to exchange your order for different model. Additional payment may be required if there is a price difference between models.
Yes, you can receive a store credit to use online within 1 year from the date of purchase, choosing the 'Shop Later' option in our dedicated portal.
If you are exchanging due to a change of mind, or because the size or style is not suitable, no shipping or handling fees will be charged.
Yes, it is possible to exchange your order for different model. Additional payment may be required if there is a price difference between models.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To request a return, please use our dedicated returns portal. All items should be returned in a single package. If returning all items together is not possible, please contact our Customer Service team at customer.care@ballerette.com for assistance.
The refund will be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the return.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order. Please note that the date appearing on your bank statement may reflect the original purchase date.
If you choose 'Shop Later', the return is free of charge and you will receive store credit plus an additional gift amount via email.
If you request a return for 'Refund', a $15.00 shipping fee and a $5.00 handling fee will apply.
DISCOUNTS AND GIFT COUPONS
To use the gift card, enter the alphanumeric code in the box labeled “discount coupon” directly into the shopping cart at checkout.
The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date in which the purchase is made.
