The purchased items arrive to destination with express shipping, usually with FedEx carrier. The shipping cost will be visible at checkout.

2. RETURN POLICY

You may return or exchange the product you ordered within 30 days of the purchase date. If you would like to use our returns portal, CLICK HERE. It will automatically provide you with a shipping label from anywhere in the United States (USPS, through a QR code - no printing required). Through our returns portal, you can choose between two refund options:

(1)  “Shop later” - If you would like to exchange size and style or purchase your favorite BallereTTe at a later time, you will receive store credit plus an additional gift amount - no shipping or handling fees will be charged. The credit will be issued once the return process is completed.

(2)  “Refund” - If you prefer to return the product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method - minus shipping and handling costs. The refund will be processed once the return process is completed.

Returned items must be unworn, with all original labels attached and in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund. BallereTTe reserves the right to refuse returns that fall outside the 30-day return window.

If you have received defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us directly so we can assist you promptly.

3. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You can manage your return quickly and automatically through our returns portal.

The returns process:

(1)  Access the returns portal: Click here

(2)  Enter your order details: Provide your order number (e.g. #US10000001) and the email used to place the order, then click “Start Return”.

(3)  Select the item you wish to return.

(4)  Provide a reason for your return: You may also add optional details, then click “Continue with the return”.

(5)  Choose your refund method: After selecting the items to return, click “Continue” to select one of the two available options:

 “Shop later” - If you would like to exchange size and style or purchase your favorite BallereTTe at a later time, you will receive store credit plus an additional gift amount - no shipping or handling fees will be charged. Once we receive and approve your qualifying return, you will receive by email a store credit code, valid for one year.

Refund” - If you prefer to return the product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method - minus shipping and handling costs. Once we receive and approve your qualifying return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. The refund amount will be minus a $15.00 shipping fee and a $5.00 handling fee. You will receive your refund within 30 days of our receipt of the returned item.

 (6)  Review and ship your return: Review your details and select the USPS – QR as your return shipping method. Once you confirm your “Shop later” or “Refund” choice, you will immediately receive an email containing a QR code (no printing required), the return label, and a tracking number. Package your items and take them to any USPS location, where you can present the QR code and they will print your label for you.

 (7)  Receive your credit or refund: Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your selection: “Shop later” - You will receive store credit plus an additional gift amount via email, “Refund” - Your original payment method will be credited with the refund amount, minus $15.00 for shipping and $5.00 handling fee. Refunds are completed within 30 days of our receipt of the returned item.

Please ensure that the shoes are returned in their original packaging and placed inside a protective shipping box to prevent any damage during transit. Returned items must be unworn, with all original labels attached and in their original packaging. Merchandise that does not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund. BallereTTe reserves the right to refuse returns that are outside the 30-day return window.

Returned products will only be accepted if they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS
Ballerette ships anywhere in the United States. You will receive a confirmation email following your purchase and will be provided with a tracking number once your purchase has shipped. Please be advised that delivery times are subject to order cut-off times or carrier delays.

We suggest that you take the following steps at the time your package is delivered: once your parcel arrives, please check that the package is intact. If not, we suggest that customers DO NOT take the parcel and leave it with the carrier. If this is done, we ask that customers let us know as soon as possible in order to quickly arrange another shipment of the purchased item.

In case of anomalies with the packaging, we suggest that you take the parcel but sign a form of “acceptance with reservation”, this way it will be easier to get a refund in the case of damages during shipment.

If the item delivered is damaged or delivery is incomplete, we suggest customers take pictures of the item and the package: in case of a refund request, our Customer Care service may ask that the item is returned in order to verify and better understand the issues encountered.
