The purchased items arrive to destination with express shipping, usually with FedEx carrier. The shipping cost will be visible at checkout.

2. FREE EXCHANGES
You have the option to exchange an eligible purchase instead of returning it for a refund. If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please contact Customer Care by filling in the Contact form on the Contact Us page, or by writing directly to customer.care@ballerette.com. Ballerette will provide you a free shipping label for you to return your product.

If you wish to exchange an eligible item, you have two options:
- If you want to receive your replacement item faster, you may purchase the replacement item separately and wait to receive a credit of your prior purchase amount following our receipt of the exchanged item.
-or-
- You may send in your item to exchange (with our free shipping label), and once your item has arrived at our warehouse and has been approved for exchange, Customer Care will send you the replacement item indicated by you in your exchange request. If there is a price difference between the original item and the replacement item, you will either receive a request for additional payment or a store credit code, as the case may be.

3. FLAT $20 RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your qualifying item within 30 days from the shipping date for a flat $20.00 fee. The fee includes a return shipping label from anywhere in the United States. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Ballerette will credit your original payment method with the refund amount, minus the $20.00 flat return fee. You will receive your refund within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.
Returns must be unworn with the original labeling attached and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. BallereTTe also reserves the right to refuse returns outside of the 30-day return window.

If you have received defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, please Contact Us directly so that we can assist you promptly.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS
Ballerette ships anywhere in the United States. You will receive a confirmation email following your purchase and will be provided with a tracking number once your purchase has shipped. Please be advised that delivery times are subject to order cut-off times or carrier delays.
We suggest that you take the following steps at the time your package is delivered:
Once your parcel arrives, please check that the package is intact. If not, we suggest that customers DO NOT take the parcel and leave it with the carrier. If this is done, we ask that customers let us know as soon as possible in order to quickly arrange another shipment of the purchased item.
In case of anomalies with the packaging, we suggest that you take the parcel but sign a form of “acceptance with reservation”, this way it will be easier to get a refund in the case of damages during shipment.
If the item delivered is damaged or delivery is incomplete, we suggest customers take pictures of the item and the package: in case of a refund request, our Customer Care service may ask that the item is returned in order to verify and better understand the issues encountered.
